Returns

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic wellness products, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.

Returns are accepted only if:

Wrong product delivered
Product received in damaged condition
Manufacturing defect
Missing items in the package
Return Request

Please raise your return request within 48 hours of delivery.

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Exchanges are provided only for:

Damaged products
Incorrect products shipped
Non-Returnable Items
Opened products
Used products
Products damaged due to customer misuse
Products without original packaging
